Our terms and conditions aim to protect both our clients and our company. They outline the rules and responsibilities related to our guided tours, booking procedures, cancellation policies, as well as important information concerning safety and respect for the local ecosystem. General Conditions:
Article 1: Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of guided tour services in the mountains and in Bora Bora, offered by Bora-Bora E-Bike.
Article 2: Definitions

Guided Tour: A service consisting of accompanying clients on an electric motorcycle hike in the mountains or an excursion in Bora Bora, commented on by a professional guide.

Client: A natural or legal person who subscribes to a guided tour with the Seller.

Guide: A qualified and authorized person to accompany clients during the guided tours.

Booking: The Client's commitment to participate in a guided tour and pay the corresponding price.

Article 3: Booking and Payment

Booking: Booking a guided tour can be done online on the Seller's website, by phone, by email, or directly in your hotels. The Client must provide the following information: name, first name, email address, number of participants, date, and time of the desired tour.

Payment: Payment for the guided tour can be made by bank transfer or cash. The Client receives a booking confirmation email after payment.

Article 4: Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation by the Client: The Client can cancel their booking without charge up to 7 days before the date of the guided tour. Beyond this period, the Client is refunded 50% of the tour price. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the date of the guided tour, no refund is possible.

Cancellation by the Seller: The Seller reserves the right to cancel a guided tour in case of the guide's illness, unfavorable weather conditions, or force majeure. In this case, the Client is fully refunded for the guided tour.

Article 5: Conduct of the Guided Tour

Meeting Point: The meeting point for the guided tour is specified on the booking confirmation.

Duration of the Guided Tour: The duration of the guided tour is specified on the tour description page on the Seller's website.

Difficulty Level: The difficulty level of the guided tour is specified on the tour description page on the Seller's website.

Equipment: The Seller provides clients with helmets, back protectors, and for those who wish, elbow and knee pads. Clients are required to wear the provided equipment throughout the guided tour. Clients must bring closed shoes.

Behavior: Clients are required to follow the safety instructions given by the guide throughout the guided tour. It is forbidden to stray from the group, climb rocks, or engage in dangerous activities.

Article 6: Liability

The Seller declines all responsibility in case of accident, injury, or loss of personal belongings during the guided tour.

The Client is responsible for their own actions and those of their minor children.

The Seller reserves the right to exclude from the guided tour any client whose behavior is deemed dangerous or disruptive.

Article 7: Insurance

The Seller strongly advises Clients to take out individual insurance covering accidents, injuries, and loss of personal belongings.

The vehicles are insured. In case of a fall, do not worry about the motorcycles. Focus on yourself first!

Article 8: Intellectual Property

The Seller owns all intellectual property rights on the website elements, including photos, videos, and texts.

The reproduction, representation, or distribution of any element of the website without the Seller's written authorization is prohibited.

Article 9: Disputes

In case of dispute, the parties agree to prioritize an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 10: Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by French law.
